Actively seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst, with experience in the support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for an exciting new opportunity with a growing Microsoft Partner. The role will involve working as part of a like minded managed service team on interesting 3rd line technical support engagements over the coming years - a position providing fantastic project exposure, and brilliant future progression prospects.

This permanent role is fully home based, with the expectation of very occasional time on client site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Technical, 3rd line support of D365 Business Central environments
  • Troubleshooting complex support issues, involving back end analysis and code review
  • Debugging support issues alongside development teams
  • Processing technical change requests and conducting ad-hoc config/ testing tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to my clients diverse customer base

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV technical support analysis
  • Ability to read and analyse C/AL & AL Extensions code
  • Strong analytical/ troubleshooting skills
  • Configuration and testing experience
  • Confident communication/ user engagement skills
