JOB - Technical Operations Assistant - Progression to management level offered. LOCATION - ManchesterTERM - Permanent SALARY - £23,000 - £27,000 per annum.A UK based Automation company are looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.The Technical Operations Assistant will ideally have the following attributes:

• A level of technical understanding for Automation Engineering - NVQ/ HND or equivalent qualification in engineering OR experience in a similar role for an automation-based company.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft work, excel etc.
• Ability to work well under pressure & meet deadlines.

The Technical Operations Assistant's Responsibilities in the role;

• Dealing with customer enquiries & queries over the phone & offering technical assistance,
• Organising & managing stock orders & supply,
• Providing support to engineering staff when required.
• Assisting site visitors & customers in person when required.
