We are looking for a new Teamspecialist in our People Services department to assist in leading the Transfer Services Team. Together with our partners inside and outside BASF we support employees on business trips and international assignments. We offer business-driven, compliant mobility solutions to our divisions and coordinate global services. Our goal is to deliver an engaging mobility experience at the best value to BASF.

  • You use your knowledge and experience to coach and support the team with topics such as transfer payroll, mobility invoicing and other finance related activities ensuring the best customer-focused business practices and business continuity.
  • Additionally, you use opportunities to gather the needs of the customer and the team to contribute your own ideas for continuous improvement and digitalization, representing your team in department meetings and initiatives.
  • Together with the manager, you act as the main point of contact for service demand and quality, as well as stakeholder management in regard to the team's business activities and projects.
  • You are responsible for taking care of team organization including volume, back-ups, and meeting structure.
  • In partnership with the manager, you support employee development through participation in the hiring process, providing regular feedback, and preparation of employee dialogues.
  • degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field with several years of working experience in the personnel or service sector
  • strong knowledge of the HR value chain and the HR IT landscape
  • ideally lateral leadership experience, e.g. in projects
  • ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • committed team player with strong communication skills in German and English, who sets demanding goals on his/her own responsibility and meets challenges with an open mind
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.

  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
