Job Title: Team PA

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 pa

Location: Liverpool Street, 2 minute walk from the station!

Contract: 12 month FTC

Start Date: must be able to start in August

About The Job:

As a Team PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's teams by supporting 5 of the SLT. With high levels of responsibility, you will liaise with internal and external parties, both virtually and face to face. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and build strong internal relationships, contributing to the growth of Atrato Group and expanding your role as the business develops.

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent complex diary management skills
  • Sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • SharePoint and Office 365 Administrator experience

Your typical activities and tasks will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls
  • Greeting guests and managing meeting rooms
  • Providing IT assistance when needed
  • Sorting post and arranging couriers
  • Managing Leadership Team diaries and organising meetings
  • Booking travel, transport, and accommodations
  • Assisting in organising events and conferences
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Supporting teams with various admin tasks
  • Collating and filing expenses and reconciliations
  • Miscellaneous tasks and firm-related projects
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Maintaining FOH operations to ensure a positive working environment
