Position: Teacher of SEND
Location: Red Kite School, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0JW
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience ( not pro rata )
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Start Date: October 2025

As part of our continued growth in service, we are excited to be looking for a Teacher of SEND to join our amazing team at Red Kite School in Princes Risborough.

About the Role

As a dynamic and motivated qualified teacher, you will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils. In this role, you will have every opportunity to live up to this ambition, responding to the needs of individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them flourish and thrive.

You will plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing exciting and innovative methods that stimulate interest and curiosity in the classroom. Working as a Teacher with us is not your average teaching role. At Outcomes First Group, you will have the opportunity to work creatively, making the most of extensive resources and expert support.

You will observe, monitor, and assess students, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Teacher and excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with SEMH needs, while also contributing to the school's vision and direction.

Our schools are unique environments, each with its own special atmosphere and range of opportunities. Teachers enjoy becoming part of their school's 'family', exploring the potential of the building and environment, and getting to know the brilliant pupils in our care.

You will enjoy building caring relationships and liaising with fellow professionals, whether they are colleagues in the same school or from the pupils' previous educational establishments.

Requirement:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Level 2 Maths and English
• Full UK Driving Licence

Red Kite School is a brand-new, purpose-built independent SEN school, designed to support up to 60 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
