In this role, you'll shape our success by strategizing recruitment, managing the team, and ensuring we attract and onboard the best candidates across various fields. Working closely with business leaders, you'll refine our hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
About The Role• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship and training.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet the organization's hiring goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various recruitment marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Create, develop and drive talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Your Experience & Skills• At least 2-4 years' experience as a team lead in a Hi-tech company.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
• High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local country law related to recruitment.
• BA in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.
• Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
