The ideal candidate will have a proven background in telecommunications (OSS/BSS, 5G, Network Virtualization, Cloud, and Digital Transformation) and will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to architect end-to-end solutions that meet business and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define and design end-to-end architecture solutions for telecom services and platforms. Lead solution design for OSS/BSS systems, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), 5G/4G, IoT, Cloud-native services, and Digital Telco platforms . Translate business requirements into technical architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and solution designs . Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, security, scalability, and resilience standards . Provide technical leadership in RFP/RFI responses, pre-sales, and client workshops for telecom transformation initiatives. Oversee integration between legacy telecom systems and modern cloud-based/microservices architectures . Partner with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery . Perform architecture governance , review designs, and enforce compliance with standards. Stay current with emerging telecom trends such as 5G, ORAN, Edge Computing, AI/ML in Telecom, and Cloud Telco platforms . Key Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong experience in Telecom OSS/BSS domains (Order Management, CRM, Billing, Mediation, Service Assurance, Provisioning). Hands-on knowledge of 5G/4G network architecture, NFV/SDN, ORAN, IoT, and edge solutions . Experience designing solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) . Proficiency in APIs, Microservices, Integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, Kafka, ESB, MuleSoft, etc.) . Knowledge of data architecture and analytics in telecom (CDRs, usage analytics, AI-driven insights). Understanding of security, compliance, and resilience principles for telecom-grade solutions. Professional Skills Proven track record as a Solution Architect in large-scale Telecom projects . Strong client-facing skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders . Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Experience in Agile/SAFe and DevOps-based delivery models . Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field . 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect in Telecom domain. TOGAF, TM Forum certifications (eTOM, SID, TAM) are desirable. Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) are a plus.
