On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Software Tester AMQP Test Automation Python Cloud OpenShift Podman GCP (f/m/w) financial area Prague P1867

Role:

We are looking for a Software Tester who will help to develop our clients messaging infrastructure based on AMQP protocol.

The role includes:

Test the integration between application components, focus on interfaces with end-to-end scenarios

Analyze functional requirements, participate in review, clarification and improvement

Smoke test of new functionality and regression test before handover to acceptance test phase

Interact with multiple development teams

Most relevant skills and experience:

Test preparation, execution, reporting

Test environment management (Linux, bash)

Experience with cloud technology (GCP, Podman, OpenShift)

Experience with testing and test automation (Python, Java)

Investigation skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Beneficial:

Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, trading, clearing

Exposure to technology stack: Ansible, terraform

Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins

University degree in information technology or engineering

Additional Information:

• Start date of assignment: ASAP
• Initial contract duration: 31.12.2024 + option of extension
• Degree of project work: Full-time
• Location: Prague (50% remote work possible)
