Social Care Leader responsibilities:- Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.
- Contribute to team development and the smooth operation of the service.
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).
- Full, clean manual driving licence.
- Minimum 2 years' experience at Social Care grade within Mainstream, Disability, or Residential Services. Ideally, including experience in Mainstream care.
- Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 residential rota, including sleepovers and alternate weekends.
- Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through Tusla and the National Vetting Bureau.
