An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a public sector refurbishment project in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured team on a live site, delivering high-quality work in a sensitive, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live hospital refurbishment

Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery

Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and infection control protocols

Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams

Maintain quality assurance and site documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects in live environments

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certified

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage RAMS, H&S, and QA processes

Experience working with healthcare clients is highly desirable
