Location: Beaumaris & Llangefni Hours: 20 hours per week.

About the role

Join St David's Hospice as a Shop Manager and help turn every purchase into vital care for local patients and families. We're looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager, you'll take the lead in creating a welcoming, organised and vibrant shop environment, working with a brilliant team of volunteers and the Retail Support team to keep things running smoothly. Your creativity, people skills, and attention to detail will help maximise sales and raise awareness of the Hospice's mission. Responsibilities

• Create attractive merchandising and window displays to drive sales.
• Oversee stock control and shop presentation.
• Lead, support and motivate a team of volunteers.
• Maintain health and safety standards and accurate admin records.
• Act as an ambassador for St David's Hospice in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and strong customer service skills.
• Confidence in managing, motivating and leading a team.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A clean driving licence and your own car (you may be asked to cover other shops). Empathy for the Hospice's work and alignment with our values.
