Shift manager

As a Manager, it's therefore crucial to provide constructive coaching to your crew, while also suggesting areas for improvement. When you're in charge, you'll be responsible for the restaurant's operations. You'll ensure that you and your team excel in guest satisfaction. You'll work with them to achieve the restaurant's objectives, which are achieved thanks to your guidance and direction. Minimum MBO-3 work or thinking level. Management experience in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus. A thorough McDonald's training program so you have all the knowledge you need to hit the ground running, know exactly how everything works, and where to find all the information you need. A one-year contract for 38 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent position. The position is also available part-time. This can be done not only through the online learning environment that every employee has access to, but also by pursuing a vocational (MBO) or even higher professional education (HBO) degree. You will be (assistant) team manager at the largest restaurant chain in the world. You will lead and coach a team of 100+ crew members. This position is available for both full-time and part-time positions. You have at least a vocational (MBO) level 3 work and thinking level. Run the floor like a true Shift Leader! As a Shift Manager, you're the link between Crew and guests. You'll lead the team, oversee the process, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant. You also know better than anyone how to schedule the team effectively, keep the restaurant tidy, and ensure the paperwork is in order. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself through training and education. You'll work in an enthusiastic team, with responsibility and opportunities for growth. Hospitality is our priority: we do everything we can to give our guests a wonderful experience, and you'll play a key role in that. You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level.
