New Role: Serious Injury Solicitor - NQ-5 PQE Sussex

Are you a Personal Injury Solicitor with a passion for high-quality, claimant-focused work?

An award-winning, Legal 500 firm in Sussex is looking to grow its Serious Injury team with the addition of a bright and ambitious solicitor from NQ to 5 years' PQE.

You'll be joining a supportive, specialist team that handles complex and high-value catastrophic injury claims, including brain, spinal, amputation, and fatal cases

The role:

• Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, with support and training where needed
• Assist senior solicitors on multi-million-pound claims
• Work closely with clients, medical professionals, and counsel
• Play a key part in business development and client relationships

What they're looking for:

• NQ-5 years' PQE in claimant personal injury (ideally with some experience in serious or catastrophic injury)
• Strong client-care skills and commercial awareness
• Passion for securing justice and compensation for seriously injured clients
