What you'll do As a Senior Repairs Officer, you'll play a key role in managing complex and high-value repair tasks within our responsive repairs service. Combining technical expertise with leadership, you'll support local teams to deliver repairs efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Your work will help us fix failure fast, improve the resident journey, and achieve the best outcomes possible. How you'll do it Lead and support Repair Officers in handling complex repair cases and escalations. Develop and implement repair strategies for higher-value variations and intricate cases. Assess and process escalated variations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Act as the technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues. Monitor repair costs and work within allocated budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions. Supervise and mentor Repair Officers, providing training and development support. Oversee repairs within the Workwise system, ensuring timely completion and high standards. Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes. Collaborate with regional teams and contractors to meet KPIs and improve service delivery. Experience providing performance monitoring and commentary against business targets.
