Empiric are currently working alongside one of the most innovative blue chip organisations looking for a Senior Python Developer with over 5 years hands on experience, strong coding skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Python Developer as you should have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client-side engineering teams

The Senior Python Developer should have a strong background in Python, API and SDK development. Also you will develop and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies. Participate in migration initiatives to move existing services to new platforms or architectures. Provide ongoing operational support for our suite of applications.

Senior Python Developer knowledge/experience:

Strong knowledge and experience with Python 5+ years

Operating system administration in Linux/Unix

Network administration (VPC, DNS, load balancing, security groups)

Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong customer focus and ownership

Able to work in a diverse team

• Term: 6 to 12 Months plus extensions
• Rate: Good day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
