This position can be based in either our London or Berlin office.

About the Surveys Team:

We design and deliver custom surveys for consulting and life sciences clients to provide valuable data. Our insights support clients in validating ideas, evaluating markets, and making informed decisions efficiently.As a Senior Project Manager, Surveys, you will lead survey research projects from initiation to completion-overseeing timelines, communications, data quality, and revenue reporting-while serving as the primary liaison between clients and the programming team. You will also develop research and recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, manage project profitability, and recommend ways to optimize resource allocation and improve conversion.

The Role:

• Manage survey research projects end-to-end, including timelines, communications, data review, and revenue reporting
• Design research and recruitment strategies for assigned projects
• Oversee project profitability and work to increase conversion rates
• Ensure full compliance and identify opportunities to improve resource use

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years in Market Research, Commercial, or Business Development roles, preferably with multinational clients
• Business fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (complex data analytics not required)
• Ability to work independently and in teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
