As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the main interface with all key stakeholders during lift installation projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating project activities to ensure objectives are met within the scheduled time and budget, employing approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will maintain daily contact with clients, subcontractors, and KONE colleagues (supervisors, fitters, quantity surveyors, planners, document controllers), ensuring smooth collaboration among all parties.

Typical daily responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the execution of installation projects
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns
• Review project proposals to determine timelines, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation
• Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase
• Plan the delivery and storage of materials at the site
• Coordinate project team activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Lead with energy to motivate others and exceed customer expectations

What will help you succeed?

• Strong project management skills, especially for complex projects
• Experience in the lift industry or in engineering/construction project management
• Proven ability to manage projects at a site level within a commercial environment
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent planning and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex projects
