Senior HR Specialist | Contract | 3 months | Outside IR35 | Preston | Healthcare

I'm working with a leading Healthcare provider who are looking for a HR specialist to join the team for a 2- 3 month contract. Working 2/4 days per week depending on requirements.

The role requires a presence in Preston on a hybrid basis (as and when required). It is outside IR35 and paying £175-£225 per day.

Your role would be primarily to hit the ground running, adding value to HR initiatives:

Required experience:
-Working with modern workplaces & teams- we are Slack-native & use Google Workspace
-Setting up new systems, processes, & policies that are scalable as well as overseeing
-Training and upskilling junior members of the team to take charge of day-to-day matters
-Working in a regulated healthcare business (highly desirable but not essential)
