Job Description

The HRM (Human Resource Management) platform is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline and automate HR processes across organizations. Built on a robust, scalable, and secure architecture, it ensures efficiency, performance, and data integrity.

The platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, global accessibility, and automatic updates. It is built on a modern technology stack that combines Java and Spring Boot on the backend with React, TanStack, Tailwind, GraphQL, and TypeScript on the frontend.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with practical project experience, and strong interest in building complex systems based on latest software architecture, technologies and tools. Ready to join our team and embrace the project, diving into current workflow processes such as the backlog and CI/CD of the project. Willing to fully support the frontend development within the project.

What you'll be doing
  • Daily interaction with the development team, active backorders discussions;
  • Daily business feature implementation such as code development, implementation and testing;
  • Development of new embedded module in the current product;
  • Collecting user feedback and support such as bug fixing, development and implementation of new features, and optimization current application;
  • Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams throughout the entire SDLC;
  • Ensure development best practices such as code quality, scalability, and maintainability;
  • Ensure product quality, proper code validation and design patterns;
  • Encourage technical discussions within the team aiming continuous product improvement;
  • Active participate in Scrum meetings;
  • Active communication with stakeholders, understanding projects' environment, obstacles and identifying possible solutions, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
What you'll need
  • Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience;
  • Strong practical experience working with TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS;
  • Understanding of the goals and ways to achieve effective software architecture;
  • Experience in test writing and understanding of test principles;
  • Experience with application state;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Team-oriented, reliable and self-driven;
  • Proactive, communicative and strong analytical capabilities;
  • Service-orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Will be a plus
  • Interest working with Angular, NodeJS.
