Scottish Refugee Council is seeking a qualified accountant to lead our finance function. In this senior role, you will drive strategic financial planning, ensure robust financial management, and provide trusted insight to our leadership and Board as we work to protect and advocate for people rebuilding their lives in Scotland.

You will oversee all aspects of our finance activity from budgeting and forecasting to statutory reporting, audit, compliance and continuous improvement of financial systems. As a key advisor and leader, you will guide a small finance team, collaborate with senior colleagues, and build strong relationships with external partners to ensure transparency, efficiency and optimal use of resources across the organisation.
