Overview of the role
Reporting to the Lead Finance Business Partner, the Senior Finance Business Partner will collaborate with the Service Development Team to support our Ophthalmology Joint Venture (OJV) businesses. The role involves producing insightful financial information to drive profitable decision-making and support long-term growth.
This position requires travel to various OJV sites at least quarterly for finance planning and other business-related activities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the OJVs and becoming a trusted commercial advisor are key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, capable of managing projects independently, and committed to providing excellent support to our OJV services with a client-centered approach.
What experience do I need?
You must be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with significant business partnering experience in the financial sector. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment, knowledge of joint venture models, and strong stakeholder management skills are desirable. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presenting to senior stakeholders is essential.
The role is hybrid, based in Nottingham with flexibility for home working. Regular travel to OJV sites, including potential evening meetings and overnight stays, will be required.
