Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious senior digital marketing executive to join the Subscriptions, Media & Events team at Future. If you have a passion for digital marketing and you want the opportunity to have a real impact on business performance, then this opportunity is for you.

What you'll be doing

Working in the Subscriptions, Media & Events team, you will be responsible for promoting branded and direct response content across multiple platforms for a number of subscription-focused magazine brands, including The Week, The Week Junior, and Moneyweek.

We have a very strong focus on results, so being able to understand performance and positively influence it through data-driven optimisation is vital. If you can, the opportunities to grow channel exposure and own channel performance are very real.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

Essential:

  • Proficient in paid social marketing campaigns (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour and the ecommerce conversion funnel.
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities.
  • Strong skill set in data analysis and Google Tools.
  • Capable of identifying and acting on data trends.
  • Ability to write and curate ad copy to adhere to best practices.
  • Excellent data, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing team members.

Desirable:

  • Solid prior experience (3+ years) of managing paid social platforms across multiple platforms.
  • Experience of working within subscription-based businesses.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as identifying and overcoming problems.
  • Prior experience of people management / helping more junior members to progress and develop.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Have worked with large global brands and large media products, in particular within the US and UK.
  • Management of social advertising stakeholders.
  • Have managed campaigns within specified budgets and presented opportunities for growth where budget caps are regularly hit.

The expected range for this role is £26,000 - £36,000.

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office and two from home.
