SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant required to join a SuccessFactors support environment for a leading global end-users COE across Europe.

We are open to SAP HCM Payroll Consultant's who are looking to upskill their experience, with training and certifications provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translate business requirements, design specifications, and document application requirements ensuring they meet business practices.
• Manage the changes required to SuccessFactors configuration and integrations
• Resolve complex payroll issues providing timely and accurate solutions
• Working with senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with teams to manage system upgrades and enhancements
• Drive adoption, optimization, and transformation
• Understand business requirements, and recommend solutions/roadmap and implement support
• Work with internal and external partners

Key experience required:

• Proven experience working with SAP HCM Payroll/SuccessFactors ECP
• Experienced with German Payroll
• Strong hands-on configuration experience
• Ability to fix live payroll issues
• German and English language skills
• SAP Certifications beneficial
