SAP EAM Consultant (Poland)

Duration: 6-12 months initial contract + extensions

Location: Poland (must be based in Poland)/Polish-speaking required

Engagement: Hybrid (onsite workshops + remote possible)

Context:

Our client, a leading Energy sector organisation, recently purchased SAP Service and Asset Management licences and is now preparing for implementation.
They are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to assist during the pre-sale phase, workshop preparation, and subsequent implementation delivery.

This is a key role supporting both technical and functional aspects, engaging directly with stakeholders to define business processes, assess readiness, and design the implementation road map.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales discussions and workshops to define business requirements and solution scope.

• Advise on best practices for SAP Service & Asset Management (EAM) implementation.

• Lead or co-lead the initial blueprinting phase and contribute to solution design.

• Provide configuration expertise in EAM (Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, Service Management).

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into SAP processes.

• Support go-live planning, testing, and user enablement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in SAP EAM/PM/Service & Asset Management.

• Proven involvement in end-to-end SAP implementations (ideally in utilities or energy sector).

• Strong functional knowledge of maintenance planning, service management, and asset life cycle management.

• Ability to engage in pre-sale/solution workshops and define architecture and scope.

• Polish-speaking and strong communicator with client-facing experience.

• Advantageous: exposure to S/4HANA Service and Asset Management, Fiori, and integration with other modules (MM, PP, FI/CO).

• Confident communicator capable of leading client workshops.
