The Opportunity

At Phorest, we're looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, and commercially minded Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with others, and is passionate about making a difference for the hair, beauty and spa industry.

You'll be responsible for driving new business growth across your region-focusing not just on software sales, but on delivering full solution value with PhorestPay. Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently close high-quality deals with strong annual recurring revenue (ARR), while maintaining meticulous pipeline management and a true team-player attitude. What You'll Do
  • Revenue Growth: Carry an individual sales quota focused on annual recurring revenue (ARR), and meet targets for both new business signings and Phorest Pay attachment across your region.

  • Tailored Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, needs-based online demos of the Phorest platform by putting the salon's challenges at the heart of your conversation.

  • Selling the Full Solution: Confidently sell not only Phorest software but also PhorestPay as a core part of the solution, showing the combined value and impact for the client's business.

  • Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Proactively manage and follow up with prospects to maximise your lead-to-signup ratio and ensure no opportunity is left behind.

  • Tool & Data Discipline: Log all activities and outcomes in Salesforce and other tools, enabling better targeting, tracking, and team-wide visibility.

  • Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to the team-sharing insights, identifying improvements in the sales process, and supporting a culture of continuous growth.

  • Market Feedback Loop: Partner with cross-functional teams to flag blockers in the market, especially around product or payment adoption, and help us adapt quickly.

Who You Are
  • A proven closer with 3+ years of experience in software sales, consistently exceeding targets and delivering top-tier performance.

  • A competitive, driven, and passionate individual who thrives on beating goals-both personal and team-wide.

  • Outstanding communicator with a strong focus on listening and understanding client needs to build meaningful, solution-focused conversations.

  • A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to accurate documentation and pipeline management in Salesforce and other sales tools.

  • A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry-you're excited by it, you understand it, and you want to make a difference in it.
