Royalties Manager - Music

This exciting and uniquely varied role requires a candidate with comprehensive royalties and revenue experience within the music sector.

The Royalty Manager will be responsible for core functions of the royalties and revenue department, including reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Royalty audit, reviewing audit reports, and authorizing settlements
2. Commercial markets licensing, international repertoire licensing, and third-party licensing
3. Revenue assurance and data analysis for investment purposes
4. Approval of month-end schedules and journals
5. Revenue analysis and key reporting
6. Approval of journals for monthly broadcasting income and cost accruals
7. Review of monthly royalty costs and recoupment
8. Key revenue and royalties reporting and project work
9. Approval of quarterly accounting and authorization of payments
10. Providing year-end statutory auditors with required information
11. Ad hoc projects and analysis

You should have previous experience with royalties, revenue, or data control functions within the music industry. Proficiency in Excel and royalties systems is essential. A hardworking attitude, passion for the music sector, and readiness to engage are also important.
