About the Role:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join their luxury retail team at Selfridges, Manchester Exchange, for a short-term one-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, particularly in the luxury sector, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every client has a premium shopping experience

• Drive sales and assist with gift wrapping services

• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high standard of presentation

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet store objectives

• Adapt to a dynamic retail environment and support daily operations as required
