Job Description
Our client, a well respected organisation in Marylebone, are looking to hire a confident and outgoing receptionist on a full time perm basis.
The firm have a truly wonderful family feel and you will have thorough training and support from DAY 1!
ROLE: Receptionist WHERE: Marylebone WHEN: Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00 / 5 days in officePERKS: Free food and drinks on site by resident chef / Clear progression and training opportunities / Amazing team
DUTIES:
- Respond to all written, email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Serve as primary point of contact
- Process bookings, invoicing, cancellations, transfers etc
- Maintain company database
- Maintain filing systems - both paper and computer based
- Provide hospitality assistance
- Assist with meeting room preparation and set up
- Provide support for the team when with extra duties when needed
- Manage stock of stationery
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- General administrative duties
WHAT'S NEEDED:
- Qualification in Business Administration is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable time management skills
- Confident, bubbly and happy to go the extra mile
- Understanding of all MS packages
