Job Description

Be the backbone of quality, compliance and operational excellence

At Resonate, we're on a mission to embed intelligent, connected technology into the operational fabric of railway operations - driving performance, efficiency, and innovation across the network.

Our vision is bold yet clear: to be the trusted partner, leading the modernisation of railway operations through purposeful innovation. We're not just building technology; we're building the future of how railways run.

We measure our success by the "Resonate Test" - the moment when every Route and Operations Team says, "We couldn't run the railway without Resonate" and "Have you asked Resonate?" becomes the go-to question for technology solutions. That's the impact we're striving for, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for making it happen.

We're looking for a Quality & Facilities Coordinator who thrives on organisation, collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth running of our business, ensuring our Integrated Management System (IMS), facilities, contractors and compliance activities all operate to the highest standards.

If you enjoy being the person who brings structure, clarity and assurance to complex environments, this role offers the chance to make a real, visible impact.

Why this role matters

Quality, safety and compliance are fundamental in the rail industry. In this role, you will act as a trusted coordinator and problem-solver, supporting audits, managing key data, working closely with contractors and landlords and helping maintain the systems that underpin how we operate every day.

Your work will directly support our Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) objectives and ensure our teams have safe, compliant and well-managed workplaces.

  • Coordinate facilities compliance activities, ensuring statutory inspections, landlord obligations and contractor records are complete, current and auditable
  • Collate and report key performance data, including OPEX and CAPEX costs for QSE and Facilities
  • Maintain access to relevant regulatory and best-practice publications
  • Provide essential administrative, budgetary and procurement support to the Quality & Facilities Manager
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality and appropriate security controls

Essential

  • Experience supporting quality, compliance, facilities or regulated environments
  • Strong document control and system administration skills
  • Experience coordinating audits, reviews or corrective actions
  • Confidence working with data, KPIs and records

  • Proactive, reliable and motivated by doing things the right way

  • Exposure to ISO-based management systems
  • Experience in rail or other safety-critical sectors
  • Facilities compliance coordination experience
