Project Architect

A design led architectural consultancy in Dublin city, have new opportunity for a Project Architect with good Revit skills to join the team.
They are a long-established practice with a wide ranging project portfolio, some of which includes commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, civic and residential developments, usually small to large scale in size.
The ideal Senior Architect / Project Architect will bring strong design capability, proven project leadership, and the confidence to manage clients, teams and stakeholders from concept through to completion within a vibrant and professional team. Previous experience or an interest in working on healthcare projects is desired.
Desired Skills & Experience:- Registered Architect holding professional membership to RIAI or RIBA
- Full proficiency in Revit
- 5 years+ architectural experience
- Project experience across medium-large scale projects, ideally healthcare is highly beneficial
- Excellent understanding of current building regulations and planning legislation
- Confident client facing skills and the ability to develop working relationships
- Demonstrated experience leading projects on site
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
- €60k-€70k DOE
