Join us as a Programme Manager and be at the forefront of our strategic growth. In this role, you'll leverage your proven program delivery experience to lead initiatives within our diverse client base, collaborating closely with our supportive UK program management community to expand our key sectors and service streams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the establishment of programmes and programme management offices.
• Managing programmes of work within complex stakeholder environments.
• Supporting and leading stakeholder engagement, including senior members of the Clients Team, and supporting the meeting/exceeding of KPIs and SLAs.
• Contributing to continual improvement of our service delivery toolkit and establishing best practices.
• Creating reports, analyzing data, and managing actions to completion.
• Innovating processes, approaches, and data handling techniques, and advising stakeholders on implications.
• Collaborating across offices, service lines, sectors, and the wider business to provide innovative solutions and improve our competitive advantage.

What you can bring:

• Undergraduate or Master's degree, preferably in construction, real estate, or facility management, though not essential.
• Experience in Programme Management or PMO, ideally in property, construction, or real estate.
• Understanding of project and programme components.
• Experience operating in project or programme environments.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI, Microsoft Office, and role-related software including Power Platform & Power Query.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
