Program Manager - Digital Enabling Functions

Client Introduction:
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead digital initiatives within its Enabling Functions portfolio. This role is critical to driving transformation across Finance and related processes.

Role Introduction:
As Program Manager, you will oversee all projects within the Digital Enabling Functions portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of large, complex programs impacting core finance processes. You'll work closely with Finance, Digital teams, and external partners to bring structure and clarity to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of approved programs within Digital Enabling Functions
• Oversee complex digital projects impacting Finance processes (Controlling, General Ledger, Pricing)
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital, and external partners to align requirements and execution
• Manage program governance, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization
• Operate effectively in a Matrix, international environment and manage ambiguity

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in digital transformation projects
• Strong focus on Finance processes (Controlling, General Ledger, Pricing)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across global teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in structuring complex programs and delivering under tight timelines
• Comfortable working in a Matrix organisation and international setting

• Start Date: Mid to End January
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Duration: 6-9 months
