Production Worker - 3 Shift System

Wat je gaat doen As a (junior) Production Operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on detailed recipes, you will prepare high-quality fragrance and taste components.Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting raw materials based on production recipes
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (up to 30 per batch)
• Mixing and preparing materials for further production
• Operating and monitoring equipment
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to maintain an efficient production process

Working hoursYou will work in a 3-shift system:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role (40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system.
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance for balance.
• 13 ADV days and a 13th month in a flex budget.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km for your commute.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented operator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.

• Minimum 3 years of production experience (food, pharma, process).
• Fulltime availability for a 3-shift system.
• MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working with strong scents.
