About the Role:


Our client is expanding their successful portfolio in Belgium and is seeking a driven Product Specialist (Sales Representative) to help contribute to the coverage of the Flanders (Dutch speaking) region alongside other dedicated colleagues.


In an under-leveraged region, the opportunity for impact is high. With an excellent portfolio of legacy products, alongside than upcoming launch, this is an exciting opportunity to join a highly specialised team focused on innovative treatments, where you'll build strong relationships with physicians, KOLs, and healthcare professionals. With high scientific content and a clear patient-centric mission, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on improving patient outcomes in a rapidly growing therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Physician Engagement:

  • Drive the adoption of the company's medicine portfolio within assigned region within Flanders
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with Specialists (allergists, pulmonologists, dermatologists, ENT etc.)
  • Ensure scientific accuracy in discussions with healthcare professionals, positioning the products credibly and compliantly
  • Support upcoming product launches and market development initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs


Field Activities:

  • Regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare practices to promote the product portfolio
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Attend and support key congresses and local events as a product expert


Strategic Commercial Execution:

  • Implement and execute local sales strategies aligned with broader regional goals
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the broader commercial team
  • Maintain meticulous CRM reporting and field activity documentation


Compliance & Quality:

  • Act in line with all relevant compliance, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance obligations
  • Represent the company's ethical values and patient-centric approach at all times


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in specialty care
  • Strong ability to engage credibly with scientific stakeholders
  • Experience working with specialty products in a highly regulated environment
  • Fluent in Dutch; good professional level of English (French is a plus but not essential)
  • Resilient, agile, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong planning, organisational, and territory management skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the Northern Belgium/Flanders region
