JOB TITLE: Product Manager, Benelux

DEPARTMENT: Product Management

REPORTING TO: General Manager, Benelux

LOCATION: Utrecht - hybrid working model (3 days in office per week)

IDEAL START DATE: October 2025

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: To TGCS Belgium and Almere, NL offices as well as to customer sites.

What's 'In-store'? - Role Overview

Advise the organisation on products and services to be carried out and developed on the basis of market developments. Developing strategies, business and introduction plans and product-market combinations. Advising and stimulating Sales employees. Technically maintaining the product and service package.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing medium-growth and competitive strategy, annual budget and business plan for the products
  • Developing an introduction plan for new products. Responsible for the release process of new products, both Toshiba's own products and products to be carried by suppliers (OEM)
  • Developing product-market combinations.
  • Collecting information regarding the products, the competition and the technical and functional current product information (specifications and features), both from Toshiba's own products and supplier products and thereby identifying and reporting opportunities and problems. Disseminating this information within the internal organization (product specialists and sales).
  • Stimulating, enthusing and advising on products, solutions, product choice and competitive analysis of/with Sales, partners and customers. On request, taking care of product presentations to third parties and organizing user group meetings.
  • Consultation with manufacturers about needs in the local market.
  • Actively managing the product range and monitoring its marketability and applicability. In addition, monitoring the lifecycle and the quality of the product portfolio during this cycle.
  • Performing all other activities that are determined by/in consultation with the manager.


What you will bring to the team:

  • Proven experience operating and delivering in a complex, multinational company
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in a commercial Retail environment working with Point of Sale and/or other Retail technologies is preferred.
  • Language skills: Dutch and English Language skills to effectively service our clients.
  • Able and comfortable to travel within Benelux as of when required.
