Principal Product Manager

A leading global sports and entertainment brand is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the next phase of its digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to lead product development across key commercial areas, including e-commerce, ticketing, hospitality, and publishing, for a high-profile organisation with an engaged global audience.

You'll join a fast-moving digital platforms team within a commercially ambitious organisation, playing a key leadership role in shaping products that connect millions of fans with unforgettable experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in the digital environment - any sales experience is a bonus!
  • Proven experience within complex, multi-channel environments.
  • Line management of 3 PM's+ with proven ability to manage and scale high-performing product teams.
  • Strong experience in web technologies, software stack and microservice architectures.
  • Ability to present to Senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with third-party vendors and external suppliers.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale digital projects on time and on budget, with document technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the roadmap across digital revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial KPIs.
  • Oversee large-scale digital programmes using SAFe Agile practices, delivering high-quality, impactful products.
  • Lead and develop Product Managers, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Work closely with commercial, technology, marketing, and operational teams to align on priorities and remove delivery blockers.
  • Leverage data, research, and market insight to identify product opportunities that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

This is a chance to work at the intersection of sport, media, and technology for a globally recognised brand. You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking digital team with the autonomy to shape products from the ground up, and the platform to make a genuine impact.
