To support our journey, we are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to join the team in our prestigious Chiswick Park, West London offices.

You will be part of a team that provides broad multi-faceted advice to our customers, addressing both commercial and technical risks in the evolving energy mix.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Shape the future of energy infrastructure by leading structural engineering and analysis for groundbreaking projects
• Craft compelling structural reports and philosophies that guide innovative design solutions
• Drive project efficiency through precise development of conceptual Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and quantities
• Inspire stakeholders with your expertise through dynamic technical presentations
• Contribute your structural insights to winning proposals, helping secure exciting new projects

• University degree in civil or structural engineering with over 15 years of post-graduate experience in front-end or FEED projects
• Expertise in preparing estimates, costs, and schedules using various front-end techniques
• Substantial experience in the offshore oil & gas and renewable energy sectors
• Experience in designing jackets and topsides for greenfield projects
• Excellent knowledge of structural analysis software like STAADPro and SESAM
• Familiarity with design software such as E3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of non-linear software like Abaqus is beneficial
