Job Description

A national consultancy with a strong reputation for quality and innovation is seeking a motivated Principal Designer to join its Leicester office.

You'll work on a broad range of projects across commercial, education, and infrastructure sectors, helping shape design risk management strategies and ensuring compliance under CDM 2015.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as Principal Designer on live projects.

  • Advising clients and design teams on safety and risk.

  • Coordinating pre-construction information.

  • Supporting team growth and development.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.

  • IMaPS / CMaPS (or working towards).

  • Proven Principal Designer experience within consultancy.

Package:

  • Salary up to £65,000 + car allowance & benefits.

  • Flexible hybrid working.

  • Strong progression and development pathway.
