ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Portfolio Manager Infra & Security (F/M/X)

Context

The department Digital Business Solutions (DBS) supports all of our client's business activities. It enables them to run efficiently and to develop. It ensures that our client has an autonomous IT system, in line with its changing needs and technologies. Within the DBS department, the IT Production service is responsible for managing the infrastructure and operation of the systems and applications that support our client's information system.

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT portfolio manager to oversee our organization's portfolio of Infra-Techno & Security projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio management framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. The IT portfolio manager will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

Your mission:

• You develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet Infra & Security needs.

• You collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

• You maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio and ensure a recurrent reporting to the top management.

• You support project managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to best practices and act as a role model.

• You drive continuous improvement in IT portfolio management processes and procedures.

Must have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT portfolio management

• Infra & IT Security acumen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Resilient and assertive.
