Job Description

Searcys are looking for Pastry Chef De Partie to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

Working as a Pastry Chef de Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue.

Job Type: Casual Contract

Salary: £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
  • Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
  • Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
  • To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to.
  • Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
  • Very well organised and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
