OR15358 - Head of Commercial (Contracts, Property and Planning)

Limited/Umbrella: £63.63 per hour

• Draft, negotiate and complete s106, s38, s278 agreements and any other agreement and licences relating to planning and highways matters.
• Advise on all matters relating to planning and highways matters.
• Lead, manage and supervise a team of contract lawyers, planning lawyers and property lawyers.
• Positively contribute as member of the Legal Services Management Team.
• Conduct member training.
• Attend and advise at planning committee and any other council committees, as necessary.
• Deputise for the council's Monitoring Officer including attending high level meetings.
• Progress the council's various corporate agenda.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required by the Deputy Director Law & Committee Services.
