Operations Analyst

Robert Half has partnered with a market-leading pensions organisation to recruit an Operations Analyst (Pensions). This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity.

This role will focus on customer and internal operations, primarily focused on the pension finding process. You'll be ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service when interacting with the organisation, this will include making sure they are kept updated throughout the pension finding process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end service finding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all customers.

• Communicate regularly with customers to keep them fully informed of progress regarding their search/request.

• Conduct thorough, independent research to identify and verify the details of relevant third parties and associated schemes.

• Conduct outbound calls and correspondence to external providers and employers to gather necessary information.

• Ensure all customer and process information is accurately recorded, maintained, and communicated.

• Provide constructive feedback on current processes and contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of operational efficiency.

• Be willing to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed across the operations team, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

• Experience managing a heavy workload or high volume of tasks.

• Experience in a customer service or administrative support role.

• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

• Experience within the pension/finance industry.

• Proven ability to work independently, managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrable experience in quickly learning and adapting to new processes and systems.

• Passionate about providing high-quality customer service.
