Position Overview As the Sales & Network Manager for the Nordic Region, you will oversee sales performance, distributor operations, and network development across Nordic markets, with a strong focus on managing and steering the General Distributor in Norway. You will act as Changan's key commercial interface to distributor partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, sales targets, network standards, and customer experience objectives across the region. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Commercial Management Define and execute regional sales objectives in alignment with Changan Europe's growth strategy. Drive wholesale targets, retail performance, and pipeline health together with the Norwegian General Distributor and other Nordic market partners. Review sales forecasts, order intake, stock planning, and sell-in / sell-out performance. Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions with the distributor and dealers. Support new model launches, pricing strategies, and regional sales campaigns. General Distributor & Network Governance Act as the primary business owner for the Norwegian General Distributor relationship. Steer the GD on sales planning, dealer network expansion, brand standards, CI compliance, and operational excellence. Review and challenge GD business plans, network rollout pace, and investment priorities. Ensure execution of Changan standards across sales, marketing, customer experience, and reporting. Align distributor operations with European HQ processes, systems, and governance requirements. Network Development Guide and approve dealer appointments proposed by the General Distributor. Evaluate dealer coverage, facility standards, geographic reach, and performance. Support optimization of dealer network footprint to ensure healthy market coverage and profitability. Participate in dealer reviews, audits, and performance improvement initiatives together with the GD. Market & Customer Focus Conduct competitive landscape analysis across Nordic markets (with Norway as key market). Monitor customer satisfaction, brand perception, and retail execution. Coordinate with Aftersales to ensure strong end-to-end customer experience and retention. Represent Nordic market input in European HQ strategy discussions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales, distributor management, or regional sales leadership. Direct experience working with General Distributor business models is mandatory. Proven ability to manage indirect dealer networks via distributor governance. Strong understanding of the Norwegian and broader Nordic automotive markets. Excellent commercial judgement, contract governance awareness, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Nordic language (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish) is a strong advantage. Independent, structured, and capable of operating in a fast-growing international organization.
