Role: Cross-Functional Delivery Specialist - nCino Continuous Credit Monitoring (CCM) Implementation

Overview

Leading Irish bank is undertaking a major upgrade to its lending technology stack, integrating the nCino Continuous Credit Monitoring (CCM) module into its live production environment. The programme will operate through a set of agile, cross-functional squads responsible for design, build, integration, testing, and deployment of the CCM capability.

We're looking for experienced contract professionals who can slot into an established delivery structure and drive outcomes without hand-holding. If you're used to fast-paced digital banking change and know how to deliver in enterprise-scale environments, you'll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, DevOps, CI/CD engineers, and nCino SMEs.
• Contribute to the design, configuration, integration, and rollout of the nCino CCM module.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to refine requirements, validate user stories, and ensure alignment with broader lending and risk strategies.
• Support the delivery of end-to-end workflows, interfaces, data flows, and control points required for CCM.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early; work with the squad to resolve them quickly.
• Maintain high delivery quality across build, testing, release, and post-go-live support phases.
• Uphold agile ways of working, contributing to sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working on large-scale banking change programmes (preferably lending, risk, or credit).
• Familiarity with nCino, Salesforce, or similar cloud banking platforms (CCM experience highly advantageous).
• Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary squads and influence across technology and business teams.
• Comfortable working in environments with complex integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and regulated controls.
• Solid communication skills-able to cut through noise, prioritise sensibly, and keep delivery on track.
