Multi Trader (Reactive Maintenance)

Mobile Position covering SW & SE areas of London.

Salary £28,000 per annum

Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.00pm

Our client, a Large maintenance company managing a social housing contract, urgently require Multi Traders to join their busy team. The contract is covering the SW and SE postcodes.

• You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;
  • Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating etc.
• Managing a high volume of Reactive Maintenance jobs to undertake within specific time frames
• Provide high customer service with dealing with Residents/ Tenants
• Liaise with the planning team in regards to updates on work

Qualifications to include -

• Desirable NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Qualifications

Please note information for a security check (DBS) will be required prior to contract commencement

Previous experience within social housing is advantageous.
