Role Description:

The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical building service projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. The role will involve liaising with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical engineering/building services.
• Experience in procurement and budgeting.
• HNC Building Services Engineering (Not Essential).

Offer:

• £50,000 - 55,000. Negotiable
