Profile

Our client is a well-established clean air company who work across health care and pharmaceutical sites across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified LEV / Validation Engineer based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate must hold the P601 qualification and will have extensive experience in undertaking LEV Testing Installation and maintenance as well undertaking validations on clean rooms.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold the P601 qualification.
• Experience working on cleanroom validations would be beneficial to the role.
• Will ideally have a proven track record of working in line with HTM-03-01 Regulations.
• Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role

• Undertaking Local exhaust ventilation (LEV) testing, validation, and maintenance on a mixed site base.
• Carrying out emissions testing reviewing and approving assessments.
• Undertaking fume cupboard examinations.
• Carrying out airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows.
• Carrying out clean room validations.
• Carrying DOP and HEPA testing.
• Providing a consultancy service to clients, advising on technical reports and further services.
• Visiting sites designated by the client and dealing with issues effectively.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Building and maintaining a professional working rapport with clients.
