This is a career-development role where you will gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and achieve a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.What You'll DoYou will be involved in a wide variety of legal work including:Litigation - assisting with debt recovery, possession claims, anti-social behaviour remedies, disrepair claims, lease enforcement, and compliance mattersConveyancing - supporting property sales, boundary dispute resolution, securitisation, registrations, commercial leases, and lease extensionsLiability Claims - liaising with colleagues and claims handlers to gather evidence and respond to personal injury and property damage claimsTenancy Management - helping to draft tenancy agreements and respond to tenancy enquiriesYou'll also develop essential skills in file management, legal research, communication, and customer service.What You'll GainOn-the-job training with support from qualified legal professionalsLevel 3 Paralegal ApprenticeshipPractical experience across litigation, conveyancing, tenancy law, and liability claimsA welcoming and supportive team environment that values compassion, commitment, and collaborationWhat we're looking for:5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade 9-4 / A -C)3 A-Levels (Grades A -D)Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skillsAbility to compose simple emails and documentsBasic record-keeping skillsClear communication skills (phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face)Ability to work well in a teamWillingness to learn about the organisation and its servicesAwareness of Health & Safety, Confidentiality, and Data Protection (training provided)Professional and respectful mannerFull UK driving licence or willingness to work towards obtaining oneWe can offer youA comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available.
