Overview

Job Title: D365 F&O HCM Lead Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Job type: Contract/Freelancer

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Proven expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, and Employee Self-Service modules.
Proficiency in HCM integrations with other enterprise systems and data migration strategies.
Mentor project teams, manage deliverables, and ensure successful client outcomes.
Own strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership across projects.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and organizational change management.

Qualifications

10+ years of total experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting and solution delivery.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) - HCM modules.
Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
