The Role

As a Junior Controller, you'll be a key partner to both finance and commercial teams. You will support the business with accurate financial insights, help streamline reporting processes, and contribute to decision-making with robust analysis.

What You'll Do

• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Perform variance analyses and business performance reviews
• Collaborate with departments to challenge assumptions and drive improvements
• Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls
• Prepare dashboards and business reports for senior management

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in audit (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Hands-on, curious, and eager to learn the business behind the numbers
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills; Power BI or SAP is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch is a must
• Motivated to grow within a fast-paced and commercial environment
